Opening Positions
1. Manager-Test Engineering.
- Manage and grow overseas team
- Education : BSEE, BSEET, BSCS
- Minimum 5 years of test engineering experience in leading semiconductor field.
- Experience in Leading project.
- Highly knowledgeable in mixed, analog and digital circuits
- Hands on experience on Teradyne, LTX and Advantest ATE
- C++ /Perl Knowledge
2. Application Engineer:
- Experience package level testing-Temp humidity bias, HAST, HTOL, Pre-conditioning…..
- Knows qualification plan and JEDEC specs project management skills and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in Burn in Tester: ABTS-li->56 BIB, 132 IO Channel/BIB, 10 MHZ data rate for (high power) application (not necessary but preferable ABTS-P (low power) application (not necessary but preferable) Legacy Max experience (should have this experience)
- Will train on MCC -> HPB, LC 2 for High and low voltage package devices
